Cancellation Policy
Availability at Intelligent Touch Bodywork is often very limited.
In order for us to accommodate our waitlist, serve our clients as best as possible, and sustain our practice, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
The following cancellation policy applies to all clients and all appointments with all practitioners at Intelligent Touch Bodywork:
48-hour's notice is required for cancellation of an appointment without penalty.
No-shows and cancellations within the 48-hour period will be charged your FULL appointment fee.

Forms of Payment
Checks, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are preferred; Credit Cards are accepted. Penalties will be charged for any bounced check.
HSA and Flex spending cards are accepted. Itemized receipts/"superbills" can be provided a week after your appointment. Please be sure to notify us if you need this.
Gratuities: Our rates are all inclusive for the service provided.
We view ourselves as members of your Health Care Team. As such, gratuities are not expected.
Gift Certificates are available.
Insurance: while we are not able to bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt or "superbill," complete with proper coding, for you to submit to your insurance or health savings account for reimbursement. Rate of reimbursement depends on your specific plan. Receipts will be emailed to you within a week of the appointment.
A limited number of sliding scale/discounted appointments are available on a case-by-case basis for those in financial need.
